Libertarian Defense Caucus Membership Guidelines
1. Acceptance of membership into caucus means agreeing with the Libertarian Defense Caucus Statement of Principles without exception.
2. Libertarian Defense Caucus membership is a lifetime membership unless caucus member states in writing intent to withdraw from caucus or Caucus Committee expels or suspends membership for a period of time due to violation of caucus rules, regulations, guidelines, and standards.
3. Opinions of individual caucus members that differ from official stated caucus policy are to be those of the individual caucus member and are not to be misrepresented to appear in any way, manner, shape, or form as those of The Libertarian Defense Caucus as a whole.
4. Engaging in discussions and activities that undermine in any way, manner, shape, or form the official stated policy positions of The Libertarian Defense Caucus is grounds for disciplinary action by Caucus Committee including, and not limited to, expulsion from the caucus.
5. These Caucus Membership Guidelines are to be retroactive to all caucus members, including founding members of The Libertarian Defense Caucus.
6. Individuals who have left The Libertarian Defense Caucus will still have their names publicly associated and listed with The Libertarian Defense Caucus and The Official Libertarian Defense Caucus website, journal, and magazine for one full year after receipt of the individual's written withdraw from The Libertarian Defense Caucus.
7. The Chairman and Caucus Committee reserve the right to dismiss caucus members 'at will' without explanation and/or prior notice.
