I assure you that there is not a whiff of despotism in a caucus full of rugged individualists :)

Bylaw 9 has never been implemented in the decades- long history of the caucus, period.

It is solely there to ensure that no one publishes a piece containing foul language, pornographic or out of context violent imagery.

The Founder and Editor-In-Chief is simply establishing the boundaries of his right to private property (the website and its online media presence).

Perfectly consistent with libertarianism.

“9. The Founder, Mr. Christiano, holds final editorial control over all LDC web content, excluding Youtube media channel content, and reserves the right to overrule the Caucus Committee.”

A Dictator-like figure allowed to overrule the majority? Sounds like an awful lot of “government,” to me…an abrogation of the foundational tenets of Libertarianism…
